@tiuannaruth I’m kinda just making up my own thing right now! I did a marathon 4 weeks ago so right now doing 1 long run a week, speed work 1 day a week and some tempo miles thrown in here and there

@tippydipruns I used to just make a plan in MapMyRun! I didn’t follow it exactly but it provided a good base for when to do long runs and speed work, etc. now I’m kinda just doing my own thing!
