I have been working hard on my glutes this past two years and struggling to see much gains, I guess it’s just genetically my weakest muscle group but my genetics are out of my control so I’ll just have to persevere and work hard with what I have.     Try weighted hip thrusts!! I always struggled the same way but have seen MAJOR gains with weighted hip thrusts on the smith machine. I do 4-8 sets of 15 usually every leg day or twice a week. Hope this helps 💗

    Definitely my glutes as well been working them for a year seeing little progress but any Progress is just that and I’ll take it and keep working the booty thanks for sharing sometime I feel I’m the only one who has this problem 🤦🏼‍♀️
