I am having dental surgery today. It's kinda major and I'm more than a tad trepidatious about it. I have the good fortune of being blessed with many things but good gums and aggressive bone loss in my mouth is not one of them. I am having two bottom molars removed, bone grafting material added in (this is the second round of bone grafting- first round didn't take. Wonder if that bottle and a half of wine a day I drank and smoking had anything to do with that..), a major clean on my top half with antibiotics pushed into the pockets. Not nice stuff. Scared to take the pain meds. Haven't had anything stronger than Advil for 5 years 10 months and 31 days. Soooo, I'm saging, Clearing and going to practice before it all happens. I need my man, my mat and my cat and some healing vibes from all you magic makers out there. Thanks in advance..
Despite the orgins of this day, an excuse to practice gratitude and focusing on what binds us rather than what seperates us is special. Over and over I marvel at my blessings. I fall deeper and deeper in love with the life I lead and the people I encounter everyday. Its as if my thanksgiving is perpetual. Have a blessed day! 💕🙏🏽

Whenever I feel like giving up or when I’m so exhausted I think I’m going to die I just look at my kids. They give me so much love. It's day 2 of our #AdversaryAsanas challenge! I have terrible balance. And I am 100% cheating at this toestand with one hand against the wall. I'm pretty sure you can't definitely tell, but just keeping it real. I find these hard. Maybe if I did them more my balance would improve? 🤷
