When starting any new, unfamiliar activity, things can be intimidating. .
Gary acknowledges his initial worries while questioning himself. Gary asked himself the question, “Can I actually do this?” Actually meeting with a trainer caused even more anxiety.
I have been working and laughing with Gary since 2012. Gary states he is, “fortunate my experience with Shane was easy. He is positive, delightful, and professional. All my anxieties disappeared within the first few minutes upon meeting him.”
If you’re just starting out, you’re nerves are normal. They might not ever go away completely or they may show up randomly, but this is your reminder that you deserve to be there and your comfort level with increase within each visit.

For the past few years, I've been focusing on re-familiarizing myself with my own clothing in an effort to re-wear rather than keep buying. I had a great conversation today with somebody who lives on an acreage, and it got me longing for country life. I love acreages- they can be so beautiful. But then I was driving around the #yeg tonight and it was just so darn pretty. And this city is filled with my amazing community and family. I guess anywhere that you are can be beautiful if you look for the beauty in it. Right? Right. ❤️
