Pour notre dernière journée birmane 😭 nous avons pédalé 23km 🚲 dans Mandalay 🇲🇲 Coup de coeur du jour :
la pagode Kuthodaw 🙏 qui abrite le plus grand livre 📚 du monde dans ses 7️⃣3️⃣0️⃣ stupas blanchies à la chaux 👨🏻🎨! Et demain c'est déjà l'envol ✈️ vers la Thaïlande 🇹🇭 !

Since I have seen so many beautiful pictures from the little island in front of Koh Tao, I had the dream to go there as well. So i have put it on my Thailand bucket list months ago... and here I am now! 🤗✔️ This view is just epic and it’s really worth the loads of stairs up to the famous viewpoint of Ko Nang Yuan. 👀👣

Pour récompenser notre réveil à 4h45 ⏰ nous avons profité du lever du soleil 🌅 et du coucher du soleil 🌅 depuis le bateau ⛴ qui remonte l'Irrawaddy 🌊 jusqu'à Mandalay à un rythme tout doux 🐢 pendant 15h ⏱ et c'était super chouette 🦉 .

Sausalito Cliff House by Michael Rex Associates
These three unique homes sit on the waterfront Bridgeway in Sausalito with outstanding views of San Francisco and the Bay. The lot slopes steeply from front to back which presented serious challenges for the client as he worked with his initial architect. However, once Michael Rex was brought in after the owner of the property had tried and failed in his attempt to get two homes permitted for the site, an opportunity was uncovered. With Michael’s vision, the owner was able to get far more than he had originally hoped for, including a duplex sitting at street level and another luxury home further up the hill. The Sausalito planning commission was requiring the property to have ample covered parking for the homes. In addition, the lower home needed to appear to not be a duplex when viewed at street level. Michael saw that they could use the steep slope to their advantage, adding a separate home up the hill without blocking views of the properties above it. With advanced engineering utilized to design and build the home, the client was able to get a spectacular home that sits privately above the other two units. It includes several private outdoor terraces that extend the usable living space. The duplex sits above a 6-car street-level parking garage that serves the 3 homes and includes elevators for easy access to the homes. The upper home sold in 2014 for a record price in Sausalito of over $1,300 per square foot.
