I didn't go into this year thinking 'hey, I need to lose 30 lbs!' or 'hey! I hate my body & I want to change it'. I went into the year focusing on creating habits that I could mentally & emotionally feel good about and that I knew would improve my overall well-being. Along with that came a lot of physical changes which I'm PROUD of - but not because of how I look or the numbers attached to them, but because it required a hell of a lot of commitment, dedication and mental strength. I'm proud of my resilience and I'm proud of how much I stepped out of my comfort zone this year. And THAT is what I see.
My bootcamps aren’t strictly about weight loss - they’re about coming together to support + encourage each other while we all work to achieve our OWN mental, emotional and physical goals — whatever those might be. We’re all on different journeys, we’ve all got different goals & values, and from what I’ve learned this year, having support while navigating that makes it all so much easier.

CONFESSION TIME 😳. With 3 events on over the last week, my choices weren’t the best & I am certainly feeling it today! I feel bloated & sluggish & like I’ve gained 100kg! So now it’s time to pay for it with a gruelling workout, heaps of water lots of healthy food & hopefully by tomorrow I will be feeling slightly better 😬. Who else has something to confess? #confessiontime
Anyone who knows me on a personal level knows I am a little crazy; don't tell me I can't do something because it makes me want to do it more. Lets just say, I tend to be more comfortable with my plate stacked high.
