Headed to the gym with this dude! Working out legs again, trying to get them sculpted for the spring! Who else is hitting the gym this weekend? :
What are you working out today? LEGS, ARMS, BACK, ABS, CARDIO? Do you take a class? Is it Pilates, yoga, strength? I'm curious to know!! 🏃♂️💪
Sometimes it’s still hard...like really fucking hard. So much has changed the last year and a half and it still hurts. The difficult part is tryin to erase almost a decade of your memories...I just wish I could skip days like these. #workharder#letsgetdrunk#saturdayvibes#fuckit
There’s 4 simple rules I’ve started to live by.
💥Wake up early
💥Work harder than you think you
did yesterday 💥Never go more than 3 days without some time of exercise
💥Make time to read everyday
I’m not the biggest, I’m not the strongest, or the most lean, but I’ll be damn if you say I don’t work harder than any of the rest of them out there. I’ll always work hard on myself to continually improve all aspects of life.
Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job. If you work hard on your job you can make a living, but if you work hard on yourself you’ll make a fortune.
After a fire 🔥 ass workout. I need to refill my glycogen and get myself back into an anabolic state. With @1stphorm Ignition, I get a big insulin spike with this high glycemic carbohydrate. Now mix that with a fast digesting 💯 whey protein Like Phormula-1 and now I have created a top quality Postworkout combination. Not to mention my recovery time is much quicker. So i can blast them fucking muscles again! Check the link in my Bio and if you have any questions, let me know. ❤️💪🏾
Had a quick session before work this morning, had to be at the gym by 3:45am if I wanted to get a halfway decent workout in before I had to go. Don’t like to be rushed but still got a good chest pump in. Happy Friday everyone. ❤️👊🏽@1stphorm#iam1stphorm#legionofboom#flexfriday
In high school I hurt my knee pretty bad playing basketball but I never went to the doctor to fully get diagnosed I just kind a lived with the pain for a while and then around 2012 I hurt my knee again, so went to the doctor come find out I completely tore my ACL and was probably living with a partial tear for a long time. Had reconstructive knee surgery healed up pretty good but I always have some type of pain especially after a hard workout or long day at work. I have a pretty physical demanding job at times and working out consistently, so it’s not just my knee, I was feeling sore all around plus I’m not getting any younger. @1stphorm Joint Mobility helps reduce my pain and inflammation better then anything I’ve tried. Joint Mobility is a potent formula that contains an all-natural anti-inflammatory to relieve joint pain and discomfort in as little as 30 minutes. The ingredients also help with long term ligament, tendon, cartilage and bone health. This shit is must for me to help prevent my everyday pain and discomfort. Take 4 at once for immediate relief or take 2, twice a day to prevent the soreness. Until they locate the fountain of youth, I’ll have to stick with this. 👏🏾💪🏾
When we’re at home it seems really easy to eat all your meals, but when you’re at work it can’t be difficult. Especially if you didn’t have a lot of time to prep any food before you left. But if your not being consistent with your food intake and your supplement intake, then what’s the point killing your self in the gym. I’m not a big fan of prepping a whole weeks worth of food, but if I know my work schedules going to be kind of hectic I try to at least get 2 to 3 days worth. And always have my @1stphorm supplements on hand to help fill in those gaps that I’m not getting from my food. ❤️💪🏾

It took every bit of will power to get my ass up on a Sunday, on my off day at that! And get my ass to the gym today. Had a hell of a back workout. Now i will try and enjoy the rest of the day. Happy Sunday everyone!
I work at a steel mill which basically means I tend to work a lot of hours lol. Sometimes I don’t get to go home when my scheduled shift is,over I have to stay and work extra hours. And so I always try to pack enough food but I also keep a shaker full of @1stphorm LEVEL-1 protein. If you’re like me and you’re into building muscle can you know how important it is to continually feed the muscle. You want to keep the body in an anabolic state as long as possible. To prevent muscle breakdown. That’s why you see people whose goal is to build muscle are eating 4 to 6 meals a day. Sometimes we get in a jam and can’t eat real whole foods and that’s where LEVEL-1 comes in. It’s a meal replacement supplement. Level-1 is comprised of the Level-1 Matrix which is an ultra bio-available, sustained assimilation protein formula consisting of Cross-Flow Micro-Filtrated Whey Protein Isolate, Low Temperature Micro-Filtrated Whey Protein Concentrate, Low Temperature Processed Milk Protein Concentrate, Pure Egg Whites and Sodium Caseinate. The Level-1 Matrix is specifically formulated to deliver the highest quality, premium proteins in a sustained release which mimics the protein assimilation rates of whole food.

Do you ever stop and think about where you are now in life and where you were 5 years ago 10 years ago even? Since graduating high school I’ve learned a lot of Life‘s lessons the hard way, which most of us do but it’s a good learning process. Now that I’m 35 I know I’ve grown a lot for the better but still make mistakes all the time and that’s alright. Life is a ongoing learning process, you should be trying to learn new things every day. You should be setting positive realistic goals for yourself. It could be having more financial goals, whether you want to better your health, or pursue a job that you’ve always wanted, or hell maybe all three like me lol. Just remember nothing is going to be handed to you in this world, you want something you better be ready to bust your ass and do the work, if you think you’re just gonna wait it out till someone hands it to you.....well my friend you are gonna be waiting quite some time. Fuck waiting till next week next month start doing shit today, and you’ll thank yourself tomorrow. 💙❤️
One of the main questions I usually get and the main question most people get who workout is.... You guessed it “what do you take after you workout?”.
For me it’s real easy. @1stphorm Phormula-1 with Ignition. PERIOD.
Carbohydrates are your bodies main source for energy. Your body prefers glucose for energy more than anything. When you’re training with weights you are depleting your glycogen levels in your muscle. You can notice sometimes after about an hour after working out you can feel like blah. That’s from a lack of glycogen in the muscle. (You need to replenish the tank, just like your car) Ignition delivers pure dexanhhydrous glucose to your muscle cell for an insulin spike up to 6X greater than fructose or sucrose. And if you didn’t know insulin is THEE most anabolic hormone in your body and if harness correctly it will lead to explosive muscle growth. When insulin spike does occur the muscle cell doors open and allow your body to absorb protein. If you simply just take a protein shake after you work out your body will use majority of that protein for energy and that’s not what you want do, you want protein for rebuilding and repairing muscle.
Now when you stack that ignition with a crossflow microfilter Whey Protein Isolate like Phormula-1 you have just created thee ultimate post-workout stack.
Phormula-1 provides a rapid assimilation protein source. It’s the highest quality hydrolyzed and predigested whey protein out there no questions asked. Best tasting supplement ever at that.
So if you’re just taking a protein shake after work out you’re not only wasting money, you’re wasting a lot of that hard earned time in the gym also. There’s a link in my bio for you to get your hands on the ultimate stack you won’t regret it. And if you have any questions you can message me anytime and you can also reach out to any of the 1stPhorm athletes and staff members, they’re always there to help.

Why do we set goals? I’ve often ask my self this. Found a quote I’d like to share. “Goals Help Us Believe In Ourselves. Setting goals for yourself is a way to fuel your ambition. Goal setting isn't just about creating a plan for your life and holding yourself accountable, its also about giving us the inspiration necessary to aim for things we never thought possible.” Makes perfect sense. Give yourself something to strive for!.

It’s Monday, time to start doing shit you keep putting off. If you have goals, write them down where you can always see them. That’s what i do and it helps me so much. No more I’ll get to it later. Do that shit now. Whatever your goals maybe, fuck waiting, start doing it right now. @1stphorm .
Next time you ‘fail’ know that this ‘failure’ will allow you to succeed in a way you otherwise could not at a later date. This must be your mindset at every turn. The universe is with you. Not against.
