Left is November 2017, right is late January 2018 🙌🏼 I don’t have any pictures from this month, and as much as the scale is moving slower than I’d like, inches are coming off! Everything fits better and I’m in jeans I haven’t worn in months 👏🏻

I have finally made famous @nocrumbsleft marinated onions! 😍🤗😍 Very simple recipe that turns ordinary food into extraordinary. This is Teri's staple recipe and if you follow her you will notice she adds her marinated onions to almost every dish from beautiful entree salads, hamburgers, steaks to even eggs! I did put my own twist on the recipe and used fresh thyme but they turned out amazing. Thank you Teri, this is truly fabulous recipe and I m sure I will be making it regularly 💕

Veggies on veggies on veggies! 🥦 I landed at LAX yesterday afternoon and was instantly overwhelmed with my to-do list: unpack, laundry, meal plan, grocery shop, meal prep, catch up w/ clients, clear out my inbox, snuggle my babies, catch up with my hubby... you know how it goes.
Guess what I chose to tackle first: NUTRITION. I know if I get my healthy food planned and prepped for the week, everything else will run much smoother. If I’m well nourished and taking care of my body, I’ll be able to perform so much better for my family and my clients.
I stuck to the basics. Prepped three kinds of veggies to mix & match during the week and made some coconut yogurt parfaits for lunch with protein powder, almonds and blueberries. Now I’ve got easy, healthy options to carry me through the week.
I made sure to have all the staples on hand: eggs, tuna, organic sausage, grass fed beef, leafy greens, raw veggies, avocado, and sauerkraut.

Como boa ex-obesa, sempre resisti a fazer musculação. Achava que apenas aeróbicos me deixariam do jeito que gostaria de ficar. Depois de tratar durante 3 meses e meio 2 hérnias de disco na lombar e de ficar todo esse tempo apenas fazendo fisioterapia e natação, resolvi voltar com tudo para a academia, a fim de fortalecer meus músculos e nunca mais precisar me ausentar de algo que gosto tanto. E assim fiz desde outubro de 2017. Os resultados estou vendo aos poucos. O peso mudou nada. Mantenho-me na minha meta e seguindo os hábitos saudáveis que adquiri nesses 7 anos de vida em um novo corpo. Mas as medidas e o shape mudaram demais. I’m behind in posting anything about this but it still important to discuss. Before we go any further in this conversation it’s important to understand this - #weightwatchers is a diet. And what do we all know about diets? They don’t work for the majority of people. But what they do cause is increased dissatisfaction with your body, reduced self esteem, greater chance for eating disorders, and much more. Weight watchers know that teens are their perfect audience - rope in a vulnerable, insecure audience into the dieting world early and they’ll stay (and keep paying) for a long time. So wrong. On a side note - Have you ever thought about what a great investment weight watchers has been for Oprah? Invest in something you know a majority of people will fail at, blame themselves and keep coming back for more. Dieting is big business, folks. 🤦🏼♀️ #dietsdontwork
