Als kleine Motivation an mich selbst, dazwischen liegen ca. 19kg 👊🏽 Links vor 2 Jahren in Malaga, bei dem Anblick hab ich mich echt erschrocken, mein Bauch 🤮 rechts letztes Jahr in Venedig. An dem Tag gab es dort nicht mal Pizza weil ich ja diszipliniert sein wollte 🤨 und weil ich 1 Woche später eh wieder dort war und da gab es dann auch Pizza, Nudeln etc., göttlich 🤤
Wie man sieht habe ich die typische Birnenform, oben eigentlich recht schmal und ab der Hüfte dann was breiter, bin ich gar nicht wirklich unzufrieden mit aber die Beine sollen trotzdem schmaler werden. Die mochte ich einfach noch nie! 😂
Wir sollten uns nicht immer auf das schlechte fokussieren, dass wir es bspw. nicht geschafft haben dem Stück Schokolade zu widerstehen. Manchmal muss das halt einfach sein und wir sollten nicht vergessen zu leben. Sicher ist es super zielstrebig zu sein und sein Ziel nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren aber vergesst euch dabei nicht selbst. Gönnt euch ab und zu was, egal ob Essen, Klamotten oder ein Buch 💕
Wenn ich überlege wie hart ich teilweise selbst zu mir selbst bin, ist das echt unschön...
Aber trotzdem bin ich stolz auf das was ich bisher geschafft habe, auch wenn es teilweise mal wieder hoch ging mit dem Gewicht und ich schon längst hätte fertig sein können. Das Abnehmen ist ja schließlich eine Berg und Talfahrt, genauso wie das Leben auch. Kann halt nicht immer gut laufen, find ich auch nicht schlecht so 😊

YO! You don't NEED a F*cking diet. 🚫 In fact, trying to stick to a diet might be the exact reason you are still FAT!
What am I talking about?🤔 If you are looking to be on stage, in a bathing suit, tanned, oiled, and flexing for a competition - YES - a strict Diet is important. 👙 And, that's freaking awesome if that's the goal!
Just like if you want to be a doctor 🏥👩⚕️ - then Yes - more focused, time consuming, strenuous schooling is necessary
But, if you don't want to be a Dr (like some of you don't wanna be a body builder), can you still be highly successful with less schooling (or even a completely different plan)? 💯% Yes.
Yet, with health, so many of us do this. And, it's causing so many people massive discouragement.
We see 👀super fit, body builder, IG Models and just become obsessed with "What diet are they on?". "What times of the day are they eating?"
"How many meals are they eating?"
"What are their macros and calories?"
"Which workouts are they doing?"
I know I am guilty of it🙋♂️ - and it led to A LOT Of confusion, frustration, and feeling like I was not good enough.
Think about it.
It still doesn't mean that their plan is YOUR Plan. And, it took me the last 3 years to figure that out.
They have a completely different goal than you
Therefore the types of things in their plan, their level of discipline, and commitment are perfect for them.
But, IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU "NEED" THEM!!. Educate yourself in the basics and alter your relationship with food, time, health, fat loss and muscle development- and your goal will never seem more simple

What do you drink every day? I usually have at least 96oz of water and a half cup of coffee. Sometimes I’ll have a protein shake after I work out if I’m low on protein for the day.. or an iced americano if I’m feeling like a treat 🤩

Sometimes we have to stop and look at the small progress we’ve made and celebrate those milestones. We don’t notice it because we see ourselves everyday. I posted a pic last week and got a few messages of people noticing my face looked slimmer. Umm what? I hadn’t even noticed the difference. I feel great. Down about 13 lbs. but when I compare this pic from the end of January to today, I totally see it. It feels great to finally see all of my circuit training sessions, and counting macros pay off physically 💪🏼 So long story short, celebrate your successes. Big or small. #transformationtuesday
Your journey has molded you for your greater good, and it was exactly what it needed to be. There is no short cutting to life. It took each and every situation that you have encountered to bring you to the now. And now is right on time. 💕

I was feeling really good today up until this rep. 565x1 RPE 9(overshot). Bw:211. Really starting to learn my boundaries for RPE’s this week as I continue to decrease body weight. This was a 70 pound jump so I have high hopes of much easier/cleaner reps in the near future. Vid cred: @josh_costo93
