Every time you have someone who believes in you and what you are doing, you will encounter someone who expects you to fail.
I have been quite lucky with people believing that I can complete this challenge, but the last few weeks more and more people seem to be coming out of the woodwork with statements that they expect me to fail
I'm not a negative person and I always try to see the positives in every situation. "Thankfully" in every crazy venture I have taken on there have been many, many negative people who have not believed in me. I have had many chances to learn how to deal with them to the point where now I can simply view them as a challenge. It's a challenge to prove to them that you are stronger than they think you are and no matter what they say you have the chance to prove then wrong!
Always look for the positives!

LONG RUN. Luxury is running early in the morning and not feeling cold or the pressure to get back and start the day. And if there is a stunning western view, so be it! 💙
6 afternoon miles 💚
I'm falling fast for these 'no music' easy runs. I'm still working on not bringing a watch once a week too, which I'm also loving! Had my watch today though but didn't pay attention to pace, just feel.
K guys, I've been clearing my head and coming up with my 2018 race plans!! But until marathon training season picks up, WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO?! I'm feeling a little lost and unsure how to do this whole "don't burn out, but keep a solid base" thing...
Do you maintain certain miles but drop intensity, or keep intensity and miles... or what?! I wanna feel refreshed and ready to start working hard come February, but don't wanna lose too much or burn out before then...
I'd love your advice!!
