And little by little we get better. I’m surprised with my swimming pace. Dropped around 10 seconds per yrd and I think I can be 5 seconds even faster. I think my current dolphin shape is helping! 😂🤣 As in regards of my running, I saved energy. I think I can drop the pace to 9:00/mile in 30-45 days. Let’s see how it goes. #IronmanWorldTour day 160.

First aquathon done and dusted! Wow 😮Going from run to swim is HORRIBLE 😂😂 The first lap of the run was amazing and I loved it, then proceeded to die slowly in the water. Couldn’t sight to save myself, murky AF and felt like I was going backwards. Then onto the second run (thank god!) went without socks for the second lap because I was too exhausted to try put them on. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Second lap run was also awesome! Thanks @triathlonqueensland for a great event, volunteers were wonderful, TOs were fantastic. Even got some bling for the wall. Good luck to everyone doing the sprint Tri tomorrow! Best thing about racing is that you find out really quickly what you need to work on - plus the motivation to get better for next time! #triathlete#tri365#BettySquad#triathlon#trilife#aquathon

How many things are wrong is this picture?
I’m still not allowed out on the road but I really, really didn’t want to stay inside for my second bike session today... so I compromised 😄
In case you’re wondering, the trainers are because my injured foot is still sore and I can’t wear normal bike shoes. The helmet was a necessity because my #bikeskills on a roller are debatable 🙄 and as it’s 5 degrees outside, I went for gloves and a neck warmer! ❄️🤣
