Pics from yesterday’s run. Fall is a great time to hit the trails. Cool temps and softer surfaces make running on trails great for both recovery and long runs in the off season. And the beautiful scenery doesn’t hurt the motivation either. Trial running forces you to slow down and allows the body to react differently than hitting the asphalt or treadmill. When I was a kid I hated running. I did what ever I could to get out of running in gym class. And here my daughter is, at 5 years old, begging to go on mommies runs. 💕
It's never too late or too early to start. Remember you set the example that your kids follow.
