Consistency is key🔑 .
I have started a new way of training which is includes 4 training days
1️⃣ Lower body compound movements using the 5x5 training method(progressing and overloading my weight each week)
2️⃣upper body compound movements using the 5x5 method (again overloading and progressing each week)
3️⃣Lower body isolation training
4️⃣Upper body isolation training (Isolation is higher reps less sets)
And then the other 1-2 days I train will be focusing primarily on glutes🍑
So far I’m really enjoying this way of training and am hoping to see big improvements in my compound lifts 💪🏻
