Who else loves that new cafe smell? Grats to my buddy @Roman.uro on the opening of his new cafe over in Sans Souci. As mentioned yesterday, every item off this menu feels like you're eating art. There's definitely an air of careful consideration behind each dishes presentation. Quality all through and gets my recommendation!

Having cut his teeth at Brewtown in Newtown , and then Heritage Coffee in Summer Hills, Dan donned the owner operator/ roaster cap 6 months ago. Inspired by Market Lane in Melbourne, the space is as refined as the coffee.
I usually don't go for a Kenyan espresso, preferring it as a filter - but the Karimikui was as seamless as the venues interior. A longer shot than usual, it was easy on the palate, with juicy peach and plum tones.
