The coolest thing about my trip to Cozumel was that our room was right on the water. I loved having the ocean as our backyard for a week 🌊
I’ve been brainstorming more destinations for upcoming trips this year and keep finding myself coming back to places with warm weather and palm trees 🌴☀️
What’s your favorite tropical destination?
In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.

I’m sitting on a plane getting ready to leave St. Louis. Yet again my photo has nothing to do with my comment. But this weekend my Dad asked if I’d ever do a blog post on STL. And I answered it in such an unexciting way thinking no one would want to read about STL.
But the reality is it’ll always be my home and even though I don’t live here, it’s important to me. So you may see a blog post in the coming months. I just need to come back and take some good photos for it because I never seem to pull out my camera when I’m home anymore.
Anyways, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I’m thankful I got to spend mine with my family and some of my best friends. 💕
This view never gets boring 💫
#visitsingapore#tb
Trying to soak up all the vitamin d while it lasts ☀️ Also to clarify my last post, I’ll still be sharing all my travel and occasional OOTDs on here! And yes I’m fine and not having a total breakdown or anything like that ❤️

take courage ✨ one of my favourite buildings in London
We leave Italy tomorrow and head back to NYC. What can I say after two weeks in Florence? I loved every minute. From beginning to the end. It was chilly and there were some rainy moments but it didn’t take away how much joy we feel here. It’s slow living in a small city with an endless love list of history, art, food, fashion. I didn’t miss NYC, maybe because after seven years I still don’t feel like a New Yorker. Maybe I’ll get back to NYC and think, “I missed this”? But for now I’m leaving wishing I wasn’t.

According to the UK weather forecast news ‘London and south-east England could be colder than the North Pole this weekend’ 🧐 Indeed, London does feel icy cold now ❄️ But on the other hand, it also feels like spring 😍 Look at this beautiful blossoming tree, that I stumbled upon yesterday 🌸🍃 Spring is just around the corner! Keep warm everyone 🙌🏻

I’ve had an unusually slow weekend. I’ve never been very good at that, and to be honest I don’t know how parents of young children can ever really have slow weekends—there are always little people clamouring to be fed and entertained and read to and generally looked after.
But now that my kids are a bit older, I’m starting to see light (and rest!) at the end of the tunnel. I got a lie-in this morning (my husband took the kids to their 8am swimming class and then made a fairy garden with them—yes, he is a hero). We went to the park, made nice food, ate cakes, watched movies under a blanket to escape the cold, and generally took it easy for a change. This feeling that we’re coming out of the trenches of parenthood is really quite novel.
Oh and this is Clapham btw—we went there this afternoon for a bit of a change and there are some very nice houses around the Common.👌🏻
