Ending my 🍒"cherry picking week" 🍒 with a workout which I did hate one year ago. Today I felt in love with it. 😍
Re-test on DIANE with about 1 year time inbetween.
21-15-9 rep of: ✔deadlift 70kg ✔HSPU .
Finished on 11:48 min today, which is a giant cut off from my previous result (which was 24:06 min)! You can see the happiness in my face in the end of the clip. I hardly couldnt believe it! 😁 🎉
Seems that I had a good plan how to pace myself, how to break down the sets, and to rest enough to avoid failing on the HSPU.
I also looked at the time mark of 9:00 min (as in the Open 18.4). I would have had 70 reps according to that time cap (but as I took it slow and controlled with the pacing at that time, potentially I could have powered out more and get maybe 1-2 reps more in if doing 18.4). Not 100% sure about the height of my feet in the HSPU, but I did my outmost to always flex the feet and be strict on judging myself. .
Extremly happy with my result, and with my attitude during this workout. 💪🏼HSPU have been a big enemy for me, but I am actually starting to love them. Same with Diane. 🙃
But the biggest win of this week is actually, that I found back the joy in training and in challenging myself. 😍 Even with a lot of limitations due to shoulder, hip etc, there is so many possibilities to work out and keep on going, instead of being frustrated. Looking forward to the coming weeks, which will be the preparation phase for competing at MK Open in June. Lets get it started! 💪🏼

Well we are at the end of week one of Phase 3. We finished with Booty day..... still felt a lot like a leg day to me haha. With all these hold and pulse moves I definitely felt the burn!! But what doesn’t kill ya makes you stronger... and have a tighter 🍑. I personally need to learn not to rush these moves (this video also had been sped up a little) because if you rush the moves you won’t get the proper engagement of the muscle. Sometimes we wanna rush it because it burns haha. So I constantly have to remind myself to slow down and talk myself through the pain lol. Can’t wait to start week two!! Phase 3 in beachbody has been hard but my strength keeps improving even though the scale hasn’t changed much lately. I can now do (3) 30 second sets of these dreaded donkey kicks! P.S. Race Day Tomorrow 🏃🏻♀️ Tømmermænd idag, race day imorgen! Ikke en god kombi 🤦🏻♀️ Jeg har ikke haft tømmermænd i over 2 år. Det er heldigvis ikke de vildeste tømmermænd, da jeg nok har fået brændt en del af giften ud, med de mange timer på dansegulvet 💃 OG fik løbet 5 km idag, hvor jeg blev blæst godt igennem 🌪🌪Nu glæder jeg mig bare til endnu en god race day med @mettejensen Men pr bliver det nok ikke imorgen 😏 #racedaytomorrow#hardwork#dontgiveup#staymotivated
