Have you realized that we get ourselves into a routine and just about stick to the same things over and over?
I get asked how and why with everything going on, I made the changes in my life, to focus on my wellness and get to working towards the things I wanted in my life. 🤷🏻♀️ It wasn’t a one day to the next thing, that’s for sure, but wanted so much change and at first, all I kept doing was the same thing... until I didn’t! 🙌🏻 There came a point when I realized, you will keep doing the same, until you change the internal.
So, I got to work on changing my way of thinking and feeling.
Before , I didn’t realize how many thinking patterns 🤔 I had created throughout my life. It’s been a process, because trying to let go of everything that had become a habit and automatic in my life required that I get to work on the inside. Changing how I would constantly get down on myself for not getting the results I wanted. There was too much emphasis on the things I was doing wrong and not enough on what I was doing RIGHT!
The majority of my focus shifted to base my thinking on who I want to be instead. Whoever I am today, is the foundation and everything I need to continue to learn, adapt and change something about myself that isn’t aligned with who I want to be.
Remove the labels of every current situation going on in your life and shift to who and what you WANT instead. This is the point of change and self creation. 💖

Then: I was constantly stressed, fatigued, and on a very unhealthy path. I didn't sleep well and I was irritated easily. I couldn't keep up with my kids when they wanted to run around outside. And I hated shopping for myself because nothing fit. I was an obese physician telling my patients that THEY needed to lose weight.
Now: I feel amazing. I have released 60 pounds. I still get stressed out but I have found healthy ways to relieve it. I am on a new path to health. My sleep pattern is amazing. I have so much energy. I can actually keep up with my kids and am training to run a half marathon. Oh, and I love shopping again!
So, how did I do it? It's a two fold answer. Regular exercise- no you don't have to work out for hours! I exercised between 2-3 hours total per week. Nutritional Cleansing- a great nutritional program that helped me cleanse my body from all of the years of toxins I had put into it.
