Moments like these that few people see often is the reason why I love photography, it's a time capsule." | a6000 | ISO 100 | f4 | 10 sec | #AlphaCollective
Snow on the Drakensberg may not be a once in lifetime occurrence, but the opportunity to be up there during a proper downfall is rare and few people will ever experience it the way we did. I feel incredibly blessed that I was able to make the trip and what a joy to share in it with some really talented individuals. @janikalheit and @hougaard_malan camped up there for 3 days so go follow them for the real bangers! Here's a shot of the Tugela Falls which can only be seen partially from this angle but it is in fact the second highest waterfall in the world! The hike back was intense and we had to make our way down through a blizzard with snow smashing us horizontally in the face. Needless to say it was worth it all and I can confidently say that it has been the highlight of my year! Special thanks to @capeunionmart and @kwaysa for making the trip possible #southafrica#thisissouthafrica
