It’s #TechniqueTuesday and @jasminexrose is helping me go over 4 corners during a climb.
Gear is typically 18+ and the pace is slowed down to 50 RPMs. Weight is kept back over the seat, driving the knees up, keeping the core tight and remaining light in the hands. When we move into the 4 corners move, just like it sounds, you’re making a square over the seat with your booty and staying low.
One of my fav moves because this is where you get to max out on that gear and get those legs burnin!
