Day 2️⃣1️⃣ #runnovemberchallenge .
A 1+mile afternoon #solorun thanks to my hubs having to be home today. (We had E’s pre-k eval this morning and a speech session) .
I’m really glad and thankful I had this opportunity to go alone. A gust of wind practically stopped me in my tracks at one point. If I had a hard time running through it alone then definitely no way I could’ve with E and Bob. .
Today I am thankful for being able to run in the sun!........and the wind. 😜

5 miles on a new route 👍🏼, with fun music 💃🏼, and with the sun shinning ☀️🙌🏼😄 I wish it weren’t so, but the sun affects my mood way more than it should. We’ve had some pretty gloomy, cloudy days lately and my mood darkened right along with the sky. ☁️😕 So this vitamin D time was just what I needed!! What do you guys do during the darker months to keep your spirits high?? I hope you’re having a terrific Tuesday, friends and that your skies are just as sunny! ❤️💛

Getting into a routine. My baby boy is 2 month old tomorrow. Time flies! I try to exercise 5 days a week, with stroller running (1day), running on my own (1day), speed walks (2days), yoga/stretching (1day). I start to feel that my balance is back. I do not exercise to loose weight, but more to feel "me" again. When you feel good, you are a better mum too! #runningmom#lifeisgood#lovemykids#noteasyeveryday#fitmoms#youcandoit#mommyoftwo
Left was when I was just starting to lift. Right this morning. All this time I’ve been lifting on average 3-5 days a week. I still do cardio 2x a week. And recently added in crossfit 2x a week (so now I lift 2x and crossfit 2x and cardio 2x). You DON’T need anything fancy to start squatting and lifting. Just get in there and start light. 💗
I cannot believe this week has finally come. It has been a very long time since I ran a race and I am so ready to experience it all let alone running my first marathon! The work is in and now it’s time to try and relax and enjoy this week. Look back on how far I have come as a runner and the progress I have made.
Good morning from Michigan! ✋🏻 I'll just be honest and say I'm not a fan of running outside when it is lower than 30 degrees so when I woke up to a real feel of 19 degrees I was just thrilled to run... But the truth is I'm exhausted from the weekend and wanted to sleep in a little longer plus I would rather do easy mileage outdoors anyway so I put on the layers and got moving. ❄️ 5 welcomed easy miles with some strides in the last mile to kick off this short work week! 🙌🏻 Have a great week, IG!
FINALLY! I'm proud to finally be able to say that my body is a representation of a lifestyle that consists of LOTS of good food, love, warmth and training in MY way. No under eating, no self punishment, no exaggerate training - just love for my body, the people I care for, my training and everything else that makes life worth living. And you know what the best thing is? I feel that I'm in my best shape ever, both on the inside and the outside 👍🏻👊🏻💥
