Good morning happy Friday friends! It has been raining hard with lightening since like 3 am ⛈ so went to the gym for 4 treadmill miles tried to work on speed, followed by some weight lifting 🏃🏽♀️💪🏽 (using an old photo from last spring) can’t wait to see the sun!! Have a great day ✌🏽

puede hacer esto en un entrenamiento comenzando con lunge de principiante, luego moviéndose a lunge intermedio, y luego hacer el movimiento avanzado. Haga cada ejercicio lanzándose hacia adelante y luego lanzándose hacia atrás. hacer cada ejercicio durante 45 segundos con un descanso de 15 segundos en el medio. repite 4 veces. Disfruten!!
The lunge is an excellent exercise for legs and booty!! Here I’m showing you three different ways to do this exercise, for beginners, intermediate, and advanced.
you can make this into a workout by starting with the beginner lunge, then moving to the intermediate lunge, and then do the advanced move. Make sure to do each exercise lunging forward and then lunging backwards. do each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second break in between. repeat 4 times. Enjoy!!
Striding into the weekend. Boys foiled my plan to meet friends for a long run at 6 am. So I ran solo, on the beach, at 10:45am. Not a great idea. Plan was to run 90 minutes, but when I got to 1:25:53 (16.4km) and was in front of our compound, I decided that was enough. I couldn’t bring myself to run another 4 minutes, which is silly because of course I could have but mentally I was done with the heat and sun. 😂😂

Outdoor running season has begun. But there’s still frost on the ground, so I’m having to wrap up warm which means layering up so I can whip things off when I get hot 😄. Thankfully the sun is out, so it shouldn’t take long to warm up. 🌞
Wat ging dit loopje super lekker. Ik zag er eerst tegen op vanwege de spierpijn in mijn benen van de krachttraining van woensdag (kan niet normaal traplopen) maar het ging gewoon super😃. (Dit is dus hoe supercompensatie aanvoelt @ronaldsports 🧐💪). Nu voor mezelf op zoek waar die bij mij zit, nu al geleerd om niet bang te zijn om met spierpijn te trainen.... #blijei

I was thinking of this quote on more topics than 1 as I was running tonight, and it really cleared my mind and gave me the uplifting perspective I was looking for.
Life is full of decisions, and committing to something big or new and taking that leap of faith can be a terrifying thing. But I really believe that our attitude and optimism about the decisions we set ourselves to, is everything.💜
With a few big changes in my life, I'm going to embrace everything coming my way and choose to focus my time on thoughts of the good that can and will come my way.
Positivity embraces a good challenge, knowing you'll be a better a stronger person because of it.

Hello beautiful people! Everyone has been asking me for a 30-minute workout that they can do at home to burn fat and calories, and I have the perfect exercises!! This is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit. All exercises can be done at home and the only equipment you need is a jump rope. Do each exercise for 30 seconds and rest 15-30 seconds between the exercises. Repeat this circuit 5 times for a total of 30 minutes. Enjoy your sweat session!!!!
