Hello from Niedersachsen, Germany and a week long meditation retreat. What to do when you can’t bring your bike or Megaformer? Pack running shoes and TRX bands. Since I’m recovering from a nasty cold, I pull these guys out and go easy on the cardio until feeling better. Haven’t exercised in five days and my body HURTS from sitting still in contemplation and meditation several hours a day. So now it’s time to strap in and get my muscles working! Good afternoon abs. If you decided to give something up for LENT how are you finding it? This is my first time giving something up and there are definitely times Id really like to have the thing I’ve given up but I am also seeing the benefits of doing without it. If you haven’t given something up but think maybe you’d like to try it why not give something up from today until Easter Sunday and the idea is when you feel like having that thing e.g. sweets, that you spend the time and energy thinking about God or praying about something or doing something good for someone showing them God’s love.

I really love this funny and reflective training. Good sharing and precious learning experience. It can explore more of our inner shadows and resources. We can share similar life struggles. We can really get a lot of support among ourselves, as we have different life wisdoms resulted from our unique but precious life experiences. Thanks God for shaping a unique ME. Amen.
