Rooftop at Pod 39 / New York / USA
Pod 39 is something else though, a hit with tourists and locals both. Accessed via a glass elevator the space shares the same bright, attractive design as the hotels, all ivy-clad brick archways and strings of garden fairy lights, terracotta benches and bright green Mexican tile-topped tables. The bar stocks a wide range of specialty tequilas and there's a Mexican inspired cocktail list, where tequila also features heavily. Their drinks are fun and fruity, perfect for al fresco drinking
