Super happy with my #backsquats today. 5x5 at 225 # 2:30 between each set! all #belowparallel chest up, knees out! I worked super hard on these and felt strong although towards the end of the last two sets i thought i was going to puke haha. Feeling ready for @femmeroyalemovement#quad#competition coming up where we have a three rep max Back squat I’ve been working hard on strengthening for it. #humanrack eeeekkkkk Saturday and Sunday the whole team gets together to fine tune our events and then we will be set for the big day!!!
