😍 Keep back ribs wide and released on mat.
😍 Allow top of thigh bone to glide freely within hip socket.
😍 use all different leg positions for various results.
😍 on #reformerpilates try light resistance 2 red or 1 red 1 blue and you will discover an entirely different body awareness.
