Four private acres, 9,000 square feet of living space and six bedrooms add up to Gorgeous Southampton. This modern take on a Dutch Colonial lives up to its name with a pristine natural setting, beautifully appointed living spaces and plenty of al-fresco amenities. Reserve this vacation rental for a stylish getaway with friends or a quintessential Hamptons holiday with family.
During the summer, you can soak in the sunshine from a lounger by the pool, challenge fellow guests on the tennis court or prepare a feast on the barbecue. The furnished outdoor living areas offer plenty of space to gather together or spend a quiet moment with a juicy beach read. In cooler weather, cozy up indoors by the fireplaces or in the media room, staying in touch via Wi-Fi.
From the columned entryway to the paneled rooms, Gorgeous Southampton exudes an easy elegance. There are more refined spaces, such as a formal living room rendered in shades of white and a dining room with a graceful pedestal table, as well as more relaxed ones, like the open-plan fully equipped kitchen, family room and breakfast table.
Each of the six bedrooms at this luxury property has an en-suite bathroom, TV and air conditioning. There are five bedrooms with king beds, including two honeymoon-worthy suites with jetted tubs and access to their own balconies, and one bedroom with two twin beds. For larger parties or those needing more flexible accommodations, there’s an additional room with a twin bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Though the villa feels secluded thanks to its large lot, it’s close to everything you’ll want to see and do in this part of New York. It’s a 10-minute drive or less to two beaches, including Flying Point, the Parrish Art Museum, and central Southampton Village, Water Mill and Bridgehampton. And with Southampton Golf Club and Sag Harbor Golf Course close by, avid golfers can plan to play a round at both.

Such a great way to start the week! I'm honored to be welcomed into the committee of most celebrated pre-season event in the Hamptons, the Parish Art Museum's SPRING FLING. This years event will be held on Saturday, April 21,2018. The annual Museum benefit is one of the liveliest events of the year, the evening's festivities also host a large silent auction offering luxury items and experiences.
Funds raised through Spring Fling help support the Parrish's year round education programs, an initiative for children with learning disabilities, adults suffering from Alzheimer's and a wide variety of programs throughout the year.
Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you would like more information about tickets or sponsorship packages. Space & Tickets runs out quickly!
The group picture is with Terry Sulton, Director of the Museum in center and the backdrop Art is by Eric Freeman.
The additional photos are of a few things I was in disbelief of their composition! At first glance the art that looks like blown up photos are actually oil paintings, a human hand working like a camera. The crate of money was actually a highly detailed carved out block of wood I never would've imagined possible!
The Hamptons Museum is open daily 10am-5pm except Tuesdays.
LEGO class with no less than 70,000 pieces of LEGOS at the Parish Art Museum ❤️ Here we are with the architect Stephen W Schwartz who does building blocks workshops all over the US #lego#legomania#parishartmuseum#legoclass#art
