We all have that one place we love to go that relaxes us. For me, it’s Hawaii. From the moment I step off the plane, the process of relaxing begins. I can spend all day on the Hawaiian beaches. So, like the Manu Kai says: “Find your beach.”
The @ariseinspire conference for 2018 is over, but God is not done. We are not done. He is calling His daughters to rise up. Over and over again this year, I feel the Holy Spirit prompting me to push forward in faith. In some ways, I feel I have done that. But there are other areas, where I KNOW I am holding back. Sometimes it is just being straight FEARFUL. But often times, I get caught up in all that I have to do, and the distractions of life. But God (two greatest words ever), in His patience and grace, still calls me to pursue, even when I fail. He calls me to reset my sights on Him. To realign my heart and will with His. To restart what He has asked me to do. To reclaim what I’ve allowed the enemy to take, but is rightfully mine in Jesus’ name. And to reignite (fan into flame) the fire within my soul, to reach others. Thank you @lisakai@lisabevere and @andiandrew for being faithful to the call God placed on your lives. I am tremendously blessed by each one of you 💕
Had a great time presenting and speaking to the kids at Kalama Middle School today! Sharing my story and my goals and how to push through adversity in pursuit of what you believe in. Trying to move the next generation forward by pursuing their dreams!
