😕The internet has simultaneously made good information more available but also the bad. It can be hard to know who you can trust.
✊🏻Those listed here are people me & @pascal_flor have followed for years, going to their seminars, purchasing their books & pretty much just digesting everything they put out. The places noted here are some of the highest quality sources of evidence based information.

I really love this granola! What's different about it is the texture-- it's not crunchy, it's more soft and maple-y (LOL I'm bad at describing things...🤷🏽♀️) I'm really enjoying it and love the ingredients! How to make:
•empty 1/2 cup of oatmeal into a bowl and add 1/2 cup almond milk
•stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and microwave for 1 minute
•microwave @traderjoes wild blueberries for 20 seconds and add to oatmeal
•slice half a banana over oatmeal
•add melted almond butter, maple syrup, and chia seeds
Stocked up on groceries and made this veggie packed egg skillet 🍳I added sautéed kale + roasted red peppers + roasted eggplant & flax seed bread 👌🏼paired it with a side of tea with @naturalvitalityofficial magnesium to help me snooze at night since our dog has been keeping us up trying to cuddle at 2 am 💤🐶

This has seriously been one of my go to breakfasts lately! I know you probably couldn’t tell. Today I’m thankful for a snow day because it’s good to slow down, even when it’s unexpected. •
breakfast: toasted English muffin with PB, honey, and cinnamon. The other half with avo, cilantro, pink salt, hemp seeds, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. Plus scrambled eggs on the side.

Currently: 5-minute breakfast skillet topped with homemade pesto 🙏🏼 I prepped some sweet potatoes the other day, making this so simple to throw together this morning. Perfect post-gym fuel 💪🏼 happy wednesday •• ______________________________________
Add potatoes to skillet with melted ghee, crack eggs over potatoes, cover and cook until egg whites are cooked. Uncover and add spinach to let wilt.
For pesto: I blend basil, baby spinach, olive oil, garlic, s + p. Blend and taste test until ready.

I was inspired by the lovely @rachaelsgoodeats to elevate my toast game by adding sautéed mushrooms in addition to my usual staples, and boy, am I glad I did ❤️😎
