Every Realtor please listen. I understand commissions are negotiable. But my god, can we hold ourselves to a certain level of standard. 2% commission to represent both sides!!! What is wrong with some agents. You're obviously just putting a sign in front of a house and just waiting for lightning to strike. I've lowered my commission a couple times when I knew a homeowner was barely breaking even or even losing money. But this was an investor. If someone is willing to lower their value that much then they don't to be in business. I know my value as a professional, and I'm worth more than a 1% commission. Smh.
