I’ve been neglecting my blog recently and I really want to re-motivate myself with it. So, I’ve had a little bit of a revamp and will be uploading a post tomorrow. I’m so fortunate to be able to share my experiences with people and I really need to start doing what I love again, which is raising awareness for mental & chronic illnesses. Do what you love and love what you do - oh and check out my new site using the link in my bio☺️

I have been feeling so run down recently in every aspect of my life. I’m learning how to cope and manage with stress but it isn’t always easy, and that’s ok. Sometimes you just have to put your health and well-being first, like I did this afternoon with my sister whilst my parents did the food shop. Getting out of the house and relaxing for half an hour is just what I needed (aka coffee and fresh air). Back home now and resting☕️☺️
A very windy few days in Death Valley last month not only resurfaced the dune fields, but also brought my favorite conditions to shoot in. The winds were 40 mph sustained, with gusts to 50 when I went out to photograph this image. Armed with eye protection, I march right into these conditions to photograph, as the dunes transform themselves into windswept beautiful world.
After 3 weeks of traveling, from Death Valley to the heart of the Rockies for some winter downtime with friends, we are back home in Denver for a few weeks to catch up on projects, writing and processing. I hope to finish my Death Valley gallery soon! #sanddunes#wind#desert
