As the oldest house on Central Avenue, Clanlo Hall almost made my Top Ten list. (*Link in bio). Built in 1853, it pre-dates Central Gardens and was a plantation home once used as Union headquarters during the Civil War. The name Clanlo comes from three sisters who lived here in the 1950s: Claire, Ann, and Lois.

Happy Monday friends! There are many reasons I love the weekends but, starting off the week with a fresh & clean house? 👌🏼 I love it!
This is my vanity space in our master bath. I think I keep it so clean & clutter free because in our last two homes we've had very small vanity spaces... so, less stuff = less mess! 🙅🏻💁🏻 And, it gives me the space to display my wedding bouquet everyday, which I love so much! What does your bathroom vanity look like!? // #bathroomvanity#bathroomdecor#masterbath#freshstart#whitebathroom
One of the finickiest flowers I grow but I am obsessed. #poppies

Another summer sneak peek! We’re putting blue and white striped liner in both of these beauties, along with lots of other styles! 😍💙 I produce all our leather bags in NYC, but this spring I’ve enlisted the experts on rattan and straw weaving to handcraft something different and fun for us, 10 styles arriving April! 🌍 Stay tuned for what we’re globally sourcing.

Our little house is 550 sq feet and nestled in a sweet space where the Smokies meet the Blue Ridge. In our front yard is horse pasture and trees, in the top of our slopping back yard you can seek the peaks of the surrounding mountains.
I’m just thrilled we call this place home, and that is really truly IS.
There’s a lot to be said about the past two weeks and what’s happened in between. I’m sharing a bit of it on the blog tomorrow night, but until then you should know that coming home is the best thing for us in this season. I’m really excited to share where we are at, but want to be clear and precise about the why while protecting everyone involved. Thank you for following us, just two starry eyed dreamers who are usually in over their heads. 💕
Last week, our spring acting and musical theater class concluded with a performance of Peter and the Starcatcher on the Gaillard Center's stage! 💫
This program is hosted by the Charleston Gaillard Center Education Initiative and Storytree Children's Theatre (@storytreesc). #gaillardcenter
