On January 29th, 1892 Coca Cola was invented by John Pemberton to find a substitute for morphine addicts, an addiction which he suffered from after the civil war. The invention of Coca Cola was to work as a drug to cure people of addictions, headaches, pain and disease following two myths that the Coca leaf and carbonated water was good for your health. When pharmacutical companies began to sell Coke they found the results to be uneffective for curing problems (they discovered that Coke was more addicting than cocaine) but became extremely popular for people to buy over the counter for its excellent taste. Coca Cola was later bought by business man Asa Griggs Candler and turned into the Coke you know today.
You may have an excellent, strong idea, somewhere down the road it may fail in the goal or objective you where trying to achieve. In business you need to be open minded and willing to change your goals and products to lead to success.
In Coke's situation, it was a terrible drug for fixing problems, but was very pleasurable and tasteful, Coke would of never became the worlds largest consumed soft drink if the inventor didn't decide to change his goals.

The Art is immortal.
The Artist on the other hand isn’t.
The most valuable artworks in the world were created by Artists who passed away decades ago without experiencing the success and the related wealth.
Not only should the Art itself be valued but also the Artist .. in his lifetime!
I learn and progress by accepting the truth that sometimes the only problem is myself.
I accept that I was born with flaws and was blessed with the ability to change and improve without limit.
To be open minded person and learn even from those I dislike.
It's something big, easier to say than do, but I believe in one absolute sentence.
If I am up to something big, I have to accept and capable to do something big too.
Have a great day and wish you all the best this upcoming new year. 🍃
This painting is an old throwback from my highschool portfolio. Strange enough it was about my parents divorce that happened a “quarter” of the way through the age I was when I made the painting. This one will always be important to me because it’s one of the first times I saw photorealism in my own work. #photorealism#oilpainting#oiloncanvas#art#money
