This year has given us so much to be thankful for. With a new baby in the family, going full time with our business and all of the truly amazing clients and vendors we have been lucky enough to work with, the word grateful just doesn’t even do this feeling justice. Thank you to everyone who made this year so wonderful, it wouldn’t have been the same without you.
sunset over bde maka ska | thankful for the sublime sunrise and sunset i got to witness yesterday. i love walking to and from work (with a little bit of public transit) for so many reasons, but i think the best reason is because it affords me the time to appreciate everything around me: sunrises, houses, lakes, trees, wildlife, people, etc. it provides a tremendous opportunity to be present and mindful of all that this beautiful city i get to call home has to offer me. it also allows me to prepare for the day or think deeply about my day. it also affords me plenty of time to listen to an audiobook, my favorite podcasts ( #2dopequeens#stillprocessing#anotherround#food4thot), or catch up with friends. no matter what my walk entails, or what path it takes me on, i’m always endlessly grateful for the opportunity. so as the holidays approach remember to take time for yourself, get outside, and take it slow

Watching the ground get dark while still being bathed in sunlight on the top of a skyscraper.
I watch car headlights turn on and street lights fade in. Neon signs begin to separate themselves from the background. Distant trees become a dark shadow of black fuzz. The streets become a grid of fluorescent movement. All while I’m still bathed in sunlight with no sound but wind and hushed distant city noises.
The biggest advantage of owning a foldable Ness ebike is that they are extremely portable. Even with the electric motor included, you should be able to easily carry the Ness Electric Bicycle around. This is ideal if your journey includes areas where you will not be able to ride the e-bike properly.
Furthermore, this makes the bike ideal for taking out on trips far away from home. Instead of
investing in a bicycle rack to put on top of your car, you can simply fold the Ness Ebike up and store it in the trunk, ready for use when you get to your destination. Better yet, the electric motor ensures that you don’t lose out on the power that you need to ride for a long time when you get to your destination, which means you can enjoy new trails and routes in areas that you don’t always visit.

Hey guys sorry for not posting at all over the weekend. Still trying to get my bearings after feeling like poo for like a month and still recovering. Last Clinic day before we go back to Colorado. The day got moved to Wednesday instead of tomorrow because we needed to fit in an MRI for my brain because of all my headaches everyday and the only time they have right now is 6pm Tuesday 🙄. They just want to be extra careful and check things out. At Clinic I gained a little over a pound in one week! Which is amazing, I slowly have been getting my appetite back which is beyond exciting! I also have to drink a gross drink called kayexalate because my potassium has been on the high side up and down lately. High potassium apparently can cause heart rhythm issues.
