Wir leben heute in einer paradoxen Gesellschaft. Zum einen leben wir in verbundenen Gesellschaften. Die digitalen Medien helfen dabei sehr. Gleichzeitig leben wir in einer ent-persönlichten und sinn-entleerten Gesellschaft. Wie geht man als Führungskraft und auch als Mensch mit dieser paradoxen Lage um? Es besteht also für viele Führungskräfte der dringende Bedarf, sich innerlich auch anderen Führungsmethoden und Führungsinstrumenten zu öffnen - und das geschieht auch, z.B. bei SAP, bei Google.
Neue Zugänge wie z.B. #Mindful#Business und #Conscious#Leadership sind inhaltlich offen; sie verbinden Philosophisch-Spirituelles ohne es so zu nennen mit der Führungspraxis und dem persönlichen Leben in einer natürlichen Selbstverständlichkeit. Sie sind weder dogmatisch noch apodiktisch, sondern laden ein, auszuprobieren. Im Regelfall sind die AnwenderInnen auch im persönlichen Leben Menschen, die sehr bewusst leben, denken, sprechen und handeln.

Если ваш малыш еще совсем мал, носите его с собой в слинге, а не в коляске. Это не только благоприятно влияет на психику малыша но и помогает лишним кило покинуть вас быстрее. Все возможно, главное ваше желание!⠀

The more energetic you are the more energy you have. ⠀
Add some more advanced movement into your routine, by squatting when you need to get something from the floor, balancing on one leg, then another when cooking, doing a wall squat in front of the wall when watching movies at home. If the grocery store or dry clean or shopping mall you have the need to go to within 30 min walking distance. Leave your car at home and walk. Use stairs. If you have a kid, it's even easier. Play with your kid!⠀
If you are a new mom Carry your baby close to⠀
your body in a sling. It not only soothes and comforts the baby because he feels comfortable and hears your heartbeat, it also helps your extra weight go. Win-win, right?⠀
Yesterday, I spoke to a good friend of mine who is always so full of positivity and smiles- she’s one of those girl who smiles through her voice- always so upbeat and happy. She is such a go getter and is KILLING it professionally - but right now, she’s nearly at burn out point , working all hours of all day, no break or free day until the 20th December... but she’s still smiling, she’s still a bundle of joy and she’s staying on top of it... because she wants to achieve her goals and she knows the harder she works now, the more her future will look how she wants it to.
So my question is... when do you keep your head down and hustle for your future goals and when do you know enough is enough? Do we really know ourselves enough to know our limits, our boundaries and our burn out point? How can we catch ourselves before burning out when the hustle is real and we NEED to keep going to get to where we want to be.
I don’t have the answer but I do know that being aware of the end goal and being able to see the finish line helps. It keeps you focused, keeps you energised and keeps you going.... BUT. I do also know that sometimes we just NEED to hit the off button- and that can be as simple as, in those 20 minutes before meetings or the hour before bed, instead of using those breaks to scroll through your insta feed, looking on social media, STOP ✋. Use that time for YOU. Close your eyes, relax, meditate if you find that helpful, read a really trashy book, book yourself in for that 30 min express massage 💆🏻♀️. Do something that totally relaxes you body and mind as opposed to stimulating you further (your phone 📱!) sometimes it’s as important, if not more, to use your down time as effectively as your GO time and sometimes the most effective way of doing that, is by doing NOTHING! 💛💆🏻♀️So keep going folks, the weekend is in sight. 😘
