I could wake from dreaming, decide what I wanted to happen next, go back to sleep and create the experience step by step. 💜 Being called now to apply the same principles to my waking reality, I’m struck by the power of this gift. And I’ve started lucid dreaming again. 🔮 I see that it’s always been a theme for my mission - connection, expansion, integration. Having kids makes women gain weight. False. Eating junk food and lack of physical activity makes you gain weight. Aging, hormones, birth control, multiple pregnancies: all excuses. .
Lose the excuses and you’ll see when you have no one else to blame but yourself you will be forced to either change or live with yourself and your decisions. .
Top excuses I hear. . I work crazy hours. I work nights. . My hubby or in-laws make me eat their food. . I have no time to cook. . I travel a lot. . My job entails client lunches and dinners out. .
So on and so on. They are all excuses you are feeding yourself so you don’t feel guilty about not making yourself a priority. For any excuse my clients throw at me I have a solution.
