I threw in some back squats this morning. They've taken a back seat recently during The Open with my focus more on stamina. (Plus @no_nonsensenutrition was doing them yesterday and I got jealous 😂.)
I set a timer and completed 1 set every 2 mins:
1. 100kg x5
2. 105kg x5
3. 112.5kg x3
4. 120kg x2
5. 125kg x2
6. 130kg x1 (shown)
7. 135kg x1 (shown)
8. 140kg x1 (failed)
Pretty happy with this. It's the first time back squatting since Christmas. A nice platform for another summer of squats 😊.
