Daily post 14! -- #healing takes many forms! 🌹💆🌱
For those of you that know me, know that I LOVE baths, grapes, and #books (@imillierock gifted me with this AMAZING book for my birthday!). And, well, when you don't have a bathtub, you gotta improvise a bit! Catching up with the lovely @xeniaharley was awesome, as well 💖
Of COURSE this foot bath is filled with #epsomsalt aka #magnesium - a mineral most people in the United States are actually deficient in - due to a lack of minerals in our soil, #antibiotic use, etc!
Not only does it relieve #muscle aches / spasms, but it's also important for #mood, #sleep, #heart#health, #digestion, regulating #calcium & #potassium, and much more, of course! Magnesium comes in many forms (I drink the epsom salt with water before bed about once a week - tastes AWFUL, but it's a cheap and easy way to do it - plus it relaxes the #digestive system and allows you to flush all that yucky stuff you may have been carrying around in your #gut for YEARS! I'm not even kidding - years. 😣)
Check it out lovelies, do some research, and don't forget to #relax / / do what makes you happy today & every day! #happy healing! See you all tomorrow 💞💫
Respect your spouse. If you want to have a healthy marriage, then you have to make your spouse feel like your equal and take his feelings into account whenever you’re making a decision or just going about your day. If you treat your spouse like his opinions don’t really matter or like you always have the final say, then you’re bound to have an imbalance in your marriage. Make sure that you give your spouse’s views the same seriousness that you give your own and that you take the time to listen to your spouse and make him/her feel like you care. #HalfOurDeen
