Being healthier means making better choices. (Long post ahead)
I went to Chicago today for Saint Patrick's Day. I knew I wouldn't be eating like I've been eating all week. I had a donut, a breakfast burrito, peanut butter and jelly sandwich and some chips. Not good but not horrible either.
We walked 6 miles so I don't even feel bad.
But on the way back we got hungry for a snack. Stopped at a gas station. I walked around the gas station for a good 5-10 minutes debating whether or not I wanted to just say "fuck it" and just eat junk because I had already eaten bad today, right?
Nope. Found these pickles that are zero calories and grabbed a la Croix instead of a soda. GUYS I've never done this. Ever. I've never made the smarter decision. So, this is big for me. I'm super proud of myself 😁
Wild caught cod, air fryer Brussels sprouts and asparagus, and roasted acorn squash, over a bed of mesclun mixed greens.
This dish is absolutely amazing and makes a complete plate with lean protein, fiber, veggies, healthy fats, and lots of love.
This dish took me less than 30 minutes to prep, cook, and plate.

Hi, I don't have a 💯 answer to your bloating problem but I've experienced this myself many times.
✅ There are numerous possible reasons for why you may be getting bloated. And it's impossible for me to tell exactly what is causing it. If you find yourself bloated you should speak to your doctor.
➡️ First, go do a bit low intensity cardio. Like going on a light walk or bike or doing any low intensity cardio can work in reducing the bloat.
2️⃣ Sugar alcohols affect everyone different but, it's best to try.
3️⃣ I'd say is stop eating raw veggies and start cooking them. Along those lines, it's smart to reduce (or eliminate) cruciferous veggies because, if you're prone to bloating, they can ruin your stomach.
4️⃣ Also, probiotics & digestive enzymes are great but don't work for everyone or everything.
Last but not least, eating small portions of food throughout the day can stop the bloating.

i’m super sick and feelin like crap soooo here’s a photo from this weekend :)) i was sick for most of my trip but since i’ve gotten home, i’ve felt 10x worse. i haven’t been to the gym in 5 days and i’m hoping i’ll feel well enough to go by monday! i hope you’ve all had a productive week in the gym because i sure haven’t 😂

A lack of joy and dedicating myself to a career that sucked the life out of me were two huge reasons for me getting sick in the first place. Looking back, I now truly believe that illness begins in the emotional, energetic, and spiritual realm before it manifests in the physical realm. ✌️☯️✨💫⭐️
So I asked a gal who was in a bikini competition what she would do for her middle core area... That is where it seems is the hardest for me to tone & she said weighted crunches & leg lifts after a full body workout is all she does so i am going to start doing those daily and I hope i can put a pic of the results soon 😎
I actually got a pretty good back and bi workout in today with only a half an hour :)) The first and third movements are kind of weird to get down but I loveeee them💪💪Also would like to congratulate my awesome mom on losing her 20th pound today!! If it wasn’t for that lady I honestly would’ve never started going to the gym in the first place👀 but I am so proud of her for looking as good as she does after having 6 kiddos❤️💪
