ROAST DINNER! Made the family a roast dinner today. All free and speed except for the Yorkshire’s, which are 2 syns each and totally worth it! Not having any gravy as I have now hit my 15 syn limit 😭 #roast#dinner

SUNDAY MEAL PREP | a perfectly roasted organic, pasture-raised chicken and a ton of vegetables to get me through the week.
I’m all about “condi-meat” (thanks for that term @markhymanmd), which basically means that meat should be thought of as a condiment. Bottom line: eat less, buy better. I know that organic, pasture raised chickens are more expensive, but you are worth it!
Healthy eating isn’t the same as merely not eating junk. If you aren’t where you want to be with your health or body composition, you’re probably not eating as healthy as you could.

I help others to live a healthier lifestyle and so far I found out that changing eating habits and introducing healthy exercise is actually the smallest problem in the whole process. It’s unbelievable to me when I see their desire to change being interrupted by a single thought- "what will OTHERS think of ME?" 🤦🏻♀️😕
You would’ve thought that you’ll get a positive support and encouragement but very often I see the opposit.🤷🏻♀️
Often times you might get ‘the look’ from your colleagues, because you eat a vegetable dish for lunch instead of fries. Or your partner may say for a 100th time: "you won’t succeed". Or when your mom asks: are you trying to loose weight AGAIN?
It’s like you need to be ashamed because you want something better for yourself!?!? All I can say is try not to worry about them, and finally focus on you. You’ll grow stronger and get healthier for YOURSELF. As long as you believe you can do it, YOU really CAN. 💪🏼💞
Perhaps, you’ve just turned on the ‘guilt switch’ in them, because you do something they don’t have the courage to…

I'm going back to Kauai in 6 weeks. 🌺Planning a big trip is not always necessary for weight loss, but it is very motivating for me! 👙🏄🏼♀️⛵️ I want to be more comfortable in my suit, but more then that. I want to be more fit and healthy so I can adventure and keep up with my 3 brothers!

Gästerna fick uppleva "Himmelska händer", Nackmassage & Provsmak. Givetvis presenterade vi även C9 och F15 som är så populära inom Forever F.I.T. 😊

1 cup organic gluten-free flour blend
½ cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
tiny pinch of salt
½ cup coconut sugar
1 cup oat milk or other vegan milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup peanut butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 175 C / 350 F degrees. Cover a muffin pan with muffin liners or use silicon molds. Mix flour blend, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coconut sugar. Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter until liquid. Stir in the oat milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredients. Pour into muffin molds and cook for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool.
2 cans full-fat coconut milk, kept in the fridge
2-4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pink pittaya powder or beet powder
1 tsp blueberry powder + fresh raspberries or peanut butter to be hidden inside of frosting.
Open the coconut milk cans & scoop out the white thick paste into a bowl. Add syrup, vanilla, blueberry powder and beet powder. Whip with a stand mixer until fluffy. If the mixture goes too liquid, place it in the fridge for a while. When the muffins are cooled place the coconut whipped cream in a piping bag or cut a small hole in the corner of a small plastic bag and use that for piping. Place one raspberry or 1 tsp peanut butter on top of the muffin. Frost the muffins with the coconut whipped cream so that it covers the raspberry or peanut butter heart. Store in the fridge until served.
Extra! After frosting keep the muffins in the fridge for at least 1 hour so that the frosting hardens a bit. Dip the coconut whipped cream top in melted raw chocolate. Pop back into the fridge.
My definition of a “spoonful” of almond butter😍🥄 as MUCH AS possible.
Oats: 1/2 c @woodstockfoods oats, 1 mashed banana🍌, 1/2 c soy milk, 2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings: @wild_friends almond butter🥜, @micheles_granola + blueberries, blackberries, raspberries + @navitasorganics hemp seeds!👏🏻
