A light long sleeve and a bright eyed baby were the perfect companions for my run this morning. Four slow miles recovering from yesterday's twelve - so glad I got that done yesterday. Our whole family has this week off so we're all so looking forward to some quality downtime, catching up, fun, and of course, food! Happy Monday friends!! ✨

Monday Oats! I am so jealous of everyone who is off work and school for the entire week 🙄 But I know it will fly by and Thanksgiving will be here before we know it! I’m so excited to see my little sis who is coming back from ASU!

Honestly, I’ve gone back and forth with instagram a lot, especially how it’s changing from the supportive running community and seems to be turning more into companies using my favorite accounts to be one big advertisement (sorry but it’s true 😬) and also making me aware of how much of myself i chose to share. And while I’ve had my share of negativity, it’s been mostly a really good thing! Like yesterday i got to meet my friend Rachel for the first time. I think we’ve been “IG friends” for a few years. Her son Braden has a feeding tube like Raelyn and they got to meet and it just made my heart so happy for Rae to see she’s not alone and to get to connect with Rachel in real life.
It was just a good reminder of being genuine and what i want my page to be filled with.❤️

BRING ON THE RAIN☔️🌧 It poured during my easy 10 miler this morning and I almost got blown away🌬but had a fast finish with a 7:51 mile! And after working on grad school finals, I did BBG Arms & Abs💪🏼Looking forward to getting back to strength training now that I’m marathon recovered🤗 BTW today was fueled ENTIRELY by last night’s pizza and beer😜🍕🍻
I bought these jeans a couple months ago with the hopes that I could fit into them by Thanksgiving 🦃 Size 8!!! Not stretchy! 😂 a lil snug but hey I’ll take it 🙆🏼♀️ what’s been REALLY working for me is •working out in the morning so I can start intermittent fasting earlier. •I’ve been strictly intermittent fasting from 5:30-6pm till 7:30am •intuitively eating 🙌🏼🙌🏼 •focusing on protein •not weighing myself 💯
