-Natural yoghurt with frozen blueberries.
-Kiwi fruit half.
-Organic corn chips

This isn't just your typical corn on the cob, @comunacantina char grill their corn then coat it in chipotle aioli and queso fresco which leaves you biting into juicy kernels bursting with flavour.
I’ve been there! Scrolling through Insta and wishing I had what another girl has! The truth is, that is totally not possible!
What I do know is that when I eat nutritious foods, move my body, pamper myself and enjoy MY life I then show up as the best version of ME.

Take me back to this seemingly simple but super delicious poke bowl from @kombifreshbowl! This was the “kombination 1” which contained: a base of coconut rice, Tofu, wakami, pickled ginger, edamame, carrots 🥕, sprouts, shallots, toasted coconut 🥥 and sesame seeds! All these goodness was drowned with an amazing Tahini based dressing!

Today we compared one of the leading burger joints with ours. On the left we have our chicken burger $7.50 - 100% chicken breast, crumbed by us, fresh salad prepared by us (including cheese, lettuce & tomato), special sweet chilli mayo also made by us, all on a freshly toasted Turkish bread bun! On the right we have a chicken burger with lettuce & mayo. Besides the obvious size difference and the price difference (of $1.50), the quality difference in these two burgers is ridiculous!!! Not only are our burgers made to order, we are a local family business, we cook with love and pride! I am always on the lookout for something different, so it was a no brainer when I saw the Drunken Donut on the menu. This burger is for those don’t have time to order a main & dessert...just combine the two. Beef, bacon, onion rings and loads of maple gravy between a Krispy Kreme donut 🤤
I love the Potato Hash w/ Garlic & Thyme Mushrooms! I swear every time I go to @elkespresso I promise myself I’ll try something different but the decision is too hard so I buckle and order the same delicious meal! 🍽☕️👌🏽

Starting with this ice, ice Salted Caramel, baby! This was eaten (way too fast) at Mumma Ducks Sweets & Treats and it certainly chilled this Australian heat!
