Half Marathon: 23 min PR for my March Virtual race. 14.1 Miles total and 15 Charity Miles for Parkinson's. Swipe right for suffer score and strava stats and Strava PRs, and shoe photo. I kept thinking "how much fight do you have?" I had to run against strong winds. I got lost and finished my run at the wrong street and there wasn't a street sign, so I realized it as I tried to walk back to my car to see no cars, so I pulled up google maps and had another mile run to my car. I ran and walked back and paused my garmin to walk, so that is why there is another .75 miles. It was so windy and cold on the way back and no sidewalk. At least I had Skratch Labs hydration drink left and today I enjoyed strawberry lemonade by mixing Strawberry Skratch Labs with lemonade. #marathontraining#halfmarathon#virtualrun#halfmarathonrace#charitymiles#nofilter@skratchlabs#skratchlabs
I didn’t sign up for any St. Patrick’s day race but I did get out today to run and enjoy the sunshine. I might go for a hike tomorrow if I do all the things that need to be done tonight. 😜
Happy St. Patrick’s day! ☘️ 🌈 🇮🇪 🍺
I’m in Oregon this weekend for a men’s business retreat and I’m so glad I went out for my run today. We left Oregon for sunnier skies nearly two years ago and I forgot how beautiful the Oregon wilderness is. The North Santiam River is 💯.
This little girl is never too far from my side. When she hears me go upstairs to my room, she usually runs up and waits for me. Love her!!!! 😻😻😻😻😻😻Today was an easy run, recovering from yesterday’s tempo, and preparing for tomorrow’s fast finish long run. 4 weeks until my next half marathon!!! After that, I’m running the Eugene Half with Morgan, and then the Willamette Valley Half in 7 weeks. I’m loving doing some half training before I start training for a summer full. I was going to do a spring full, but life had other plans, so July 28th, I’m going for that BQ again. #running#halfmarathontraining#operationbq#garminfitness#mizuno#marathon#marathontraining#fitover40#runhappy
PROGRESS. First 20 miler of this cycle is done and it went down perfectly. No pace work, just “comfortable.” When comfortable means you hold what your goal marathon pace was a year and a half ago for 20 freakin’ miles and the run just comes out of you, it’s a good freakin’ day and shows that progress is being made 🎉. Feeling strong and excited AF about my goals for Eugene.
20 miles @ 7:34 avg.
Shoutout to all the people that spent their icy Saturday drinking beers & running laps at @brokemansrunning’s Beer Mile. It was icy, it was rough, but in the end it was a successfulish start to St. Patrick’s Day 🍀
Haven’t been on my bike in a while. Went for an easy pace, 36 mile ride today with some hills. Realized I need new clips because it was so hard to clip out of my pedals and I feel pretty hard. But it was beautiful out today & I got to wear my new @bettydesigns X @envecomposites kit which is sooo amazing. 🚴🏼♀️

One of my very favorite features about training with a @garminfitness device (this is the Forerunner 935) is that I can program my workouts and literally have them at my fingertips when it’s time to run. Using the Garmin Connect app or logging into it on my computer, I can create and name the workouts and sync them up with my watch in no time at all! It’s very user-friendly and makes it so much easier to execute my plan. Beating yesterday, one run and one workout at a time 💥👊🏻💥 I’m excited to share that I’m beginning my third year as an ambassador for Garmin! If you ever have any questions about the running and fitness watches or how to use them, please feel free to reach out - I’m happy to help! 😀 #run#running#beatyesterday#garminambassador#garminfitness#forerunner935
Hello there 17 week baby bump! For the first time in months my husband had off work on a Sunday so we took full advantage. Even though it was still only about 45 degrees (but sunny) we took the whole crew to a local park and walked for about 3 miles. After we got home I did the HIIT full body workout to get a little sweat going. My husbands job has him work most weekends so having a day like this where we can all hang out together is amazing. I’m still soaking it in! —
I also want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has applied to become a #moremilesraces ambassador! This community is THE BEST. I will be going through all of your submissions and emailing this week, probably Friday to give everyone enough time! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the backbone of my dream - creating a platform where runners can give back AND have fun! I know most race companies donate a certain amount of their proceeds to a charity, but we donate 100%!!! Not many races can say that.
