Happy birthday Tao !! Yesterday, 5 years ago Tao came into our life and since that day he showed us “the way”! We are amazed and infinitely thankful for the gift we received 5 years ago and the countless gifts we are receiving every day!! 🙏
Incredible how a small child at that age is already able to express his wishes, wants and needs clearly and determined. Tao shared with us beforehand exactly what he wishes for his birthday: no party, only one friend to visit (& of course his beloved grand parents), no other friends & family, his favorite cake, his favorite meal,...AND surprise, surprise, everything worked out perfectly...HAPPY DAY!! Happy birthday!!🎊🎂🎁🎉🎈 Of course, it is not always easy with such kind of determination and sometimes reluctance to make a compromise but then again it is an amazing opportunity for me to work on empathy, patience AND negotiation skills😜!! Overall “the way” is beautiful with a little bit of hard work from time to time😀!! Thank you Tao for being who you are and not knowing to adjust and adapt in/for society!! I am learning every day from you!! Happy birthday my son!! I love you!! #awareness & #microsteps to #progress !! On the 20th of March yours,
#sabbaticalist @ #forestoffice
The four elements are very important, not only in alchemy but in all schools of magic. The four elements are earth, water, air, and fire. When working on any forms of magic, the use of the four elements doesn't have to be acquired, however, it would be useful when performing magic due to the Powerful energies they hold. There is also the 5th element the Aether . The Aether is known as the spirit in western esoteric traditions , such as Wicca and the hermetic order of the golden dawn. They believed the other elements were magnificent and spiritual, but the last element is physical.
As each element corresponds with one another , allowing them to work together smoothly. Working with the elements would be using candles as fire, herbs as earth, iscense as air, and water through the correspondence of the other 3 elements. "As above, so below, as within, so without, as the soul, so the universe"
Everything corresponds with one another, making all life special and exotic. Without trees we would die, and without human the trees would die. This is the endless cycle of life and death.
“The forms we create are manifestations of the living world around us.” — @johnpompstudios. Fire and Water are ever-present elements in John’s work, therefore informing the logo mark and the brand’s overall art direction. The best way to tell John’s unique narrative is via this short film, which showcases the new logo mark and brings the viewer closer to the The Living World of John Pomp. Film by @martincrook.
“It is important to draw wisdom from many different places”. We are all connected. The world has learned a lot throughout our existence. We continue to learn every day. It’s important to not only learn from your own society, but from others as well. Wisdom is power, but it is also completion. The more you learn from others the more you learn about yourself. I believe that we are the sum of our experiences, and I believe that it’s important to become the sum of as many experiences as possible. “Understanding others, the other elements, and the other nations will help you become whole”.
Returning to the Rundāle Palace, Latvia here with the White Hall/Ballroom. Again, like its magnificent Gold Hall (see previous posts), I have painted this room many times. The stucco depicts the four seasons and the four elements of the world.
