Hello everyone!! Today I want to talk about the subject of forgiving yourself in Avatar. Atla shows us that being able to forgive yourself is crucial to being able to move on in life and to be able to find ones destiny. The perfect example is Zuko. From the day he was banished from the Fire Nation.. all Zuko could ever think about is finding the Avatar and restoring his honor. Of course we now know that his true destiny was to help the Avatar restore balance to the world. Once Zuko realizes this.. he needed to forgive himself for all of his wrong doings. Zuko was always a confused and complex man and he knew that. He had everything he wanted when he was back in the Fire Nation and yet he was just as lost as before. It wasn’t until he forgave himself that the path to his true destiny was revealed. Being able to forgive ourself is the only way we can move on to bigger and better things. I’m sure some of those who are reading this have done something they deeply regret. Yes, we may not be able to change what we’ve done.. but we are and we must be able to forgive ourself. Holding on to that pain does nothing for us. There’s no need to want to punish ourself if we now seek the path of happiness and peace. Being on the wrong path is punishment enough. To be able to change ourself and the world around us.. we need to forgive.✌️❤️ #avatarthelastairbender#thelegendofkorra#atla#tlok#avatar#bending#fourelements#zuko

One of the most endearing things about travel is seeing the way hip-hop culture thrives worldwide, and in some ways, often hark back to the original days of style wars and impromptu cyphers.
In Europe, graffiti is more common than here in the states, where it's prosecuted more.
Unfortunately, In DC we are left with community approved "street art", which while ok to add some color, just loses the authenticity of real graffiti.
Meanwhile in Europe, due to their lax attitude towards it, their cities have this juxtaposition of their classical architecture, and colorful graffiti. It's beatiful to see.
