😙 Happy Saturday lovelies! 💕 I was craving sushi today, so I cooked up some sticky rice🍙, chopped some veggies🥕 and made some rolls 🍢🍱
Kept it basic and used radish, carrots, and cucumber as my filling. Oh yeah, and I basically eat chili garlic sauce with everything so that's what that red sauce is on the side 😂 .

Dinner was Spanish pisto, salad and a vegan burger that looks questionable but tasted so good! It’s basically just mashed carrot, broccoli and green beans, so healthy! 😋 I can only get it back home so I’ll make sure to buy more when I go back, as I only have one left now!! Had a piece of bread too and was three strawberries and a pear, I have a food baby 🤰🏼

I had this pulled pork sandwich @smoqehousemn for lunch today and it was delicious! This place is in Northfield, MN and just an hour south of the Twin Cities. If you're ever in the area, check this place out--they know how to do BBQ right! 🙄👏🍖

I felt like something Creamy and delicious for breakfast this morning... So whipped up this super yummy #dairyfree nicecream! It literally took less than 5 mins (so no excuses for not making yourself one! Hehe) .
1 Cup frozen mango
1 Cup @sogoodau unsweetened almond milk
1 small frozen banana
Dash vanilla .
Blend and serve! I topped mine with some fresh fruit, edible flowers, watermelon seeds and quinoa puffs!
