Curtsy Side Cross Lunge.
Kind of what it sounds like.
Curtsy lunge + side lunge + crossover lunge (curtsy forward basically). 1 - Start with your left foot planted, cross right leg behind and bend both knees into a curtsy lunge.
2 - Step right leg out to the side bending the right knee into a side lunge.
3 - Step right foot across the left into a crossover or forward curtsy lunge.
4 - Step back to the same side lunge as in #2
5 - Step back to the first curtsy lunge.
6 - Repeat.
7 - Start over on the other side.
