First day of target heart rate steady state cardio, burning off those fat stores. Wednesday is one of my favorite training days as its my dedicated mobility work day. I take a lot of ideas from Dr. Kelly Starlett's book, Becoming a Supple Leopard, as well as ideas from Trevor Bachmeyer's YouTube channel, SmashweRx (also on IG @smashwerx ) to work on those mobility issues and knotted up spots, such as my right shoulder and neck today.
