You can't put in work and then stuff your face twenty minutes later consistently and expect positive results. Healthy living means applying these tips to every aspect of your life. All these exercises are pretty simple and straightforward but also effective. As you know, i do simple because simple works. Get to it. No excuses.

These movements just only a few of many many wayzzzz to sculpt your back at home 🙈🙈 I meant, gym is awesome and I always get spoiled with all da machines and weights, but not everyone have a time (to travel or to even leave a house) and not everyone have gym membership. So I hope my account will show you that you dont need a fancy gym to workout. You dont need a gym membership to be an active person. You just need yourself and some motivation, and thats it! When leaning over to pick up weights, its very common to see people bending at the hips mainly and not the knees, bringing about a flexed (rounded) spine. ⠀
Picking up weight in this position is BEGGING for a lower back injury! Instead, bend at the knees, brace your core and drive through the legs while pulling with arms - similar to a Deadlift. As well as enforcing correct mechanics, your Lumbar spine will thank you for it!
