Simple Saturdays 💆💣- Time for pancakes!
Have been doing this circuit for the past two weeks as a fit test. Best time so far is 9mins 05secs. --- Excuse the lighting, filming at 5am proves to be most dim.
34kg (32kg plus little magnet weights, ~74lb) bent press FAIL. Can't always post success videos because failing is part of the process. I got so damn close but got real scared towards the end. By @strongfirst Level 2 weekend, I WILL do a 36kg.
1 MONTH TO GO!🏃🏽♂️ As the sun sets on the past month of training I reflect on how far we’ve come. I never thought I was capable of running a full marathon, but with a half-marathon in the bag I’m half-way there 💪🏽 Just goes to show how any challenge, however big, can be tackled if you break it down into bite-size chunks 🔸 With 1 month to go, the road is still long but I’m more confident than ever that we’ll be able to make it through that finish line! 🏁👊🏽 #roadtoboston
