So throughout today I'm going to share a view of all my meals. You can always take and substitute anything in or out as you need. I hope it provides you with some ideas 🤔 you might want to follow through with!
If I were to tell you at some point in my life I topped the scales at a little over 200lbs. Would you believe me???? As active as I am now and have been for years most people don't. I remember that happened at one point in my life, but I've pushed forward in keeping well over 50lbs off consistently.
During that time I was depressed and a freshman in college trying to live out of state completely on my own for the first time in my life. I was in control of my schedule and could do whatever I wanted. I would stay up ridiculously late and was just eating whatever I wanted when I wanted. In all those instances control didn't exist unfortunately for me, but I didn't realize otherwise until it was too late. The weight packed on and I was very limited in my mobility! It also greatly impacted my health, but I've OVCERCOME and so Can You Too!!! We are all on this journey together and I'd love to show you some things I've done that created SUCCESS!

PROTEIN MOCHA RECIPE | Right - y’all have been sliding into my DM’s asking for this recipe - so here it is again (press the bookmark so you can save it once and for all 🤓):
1-2 shots of espresso (for ease I’ll use @nespresso - if it’s the weekend, I will #aeropress some medium roasted Costa Rican, Ethiopian blend and put on the xx and wear a beanie and get a sleeve tattoo #coffeehipster )
2 x scoops of the bestest vegan protein @formnutrition (chocolate peanut flavour)
1.5 x cups Plenish Almond Milk ——————————————————-
1. Pour hot coffee and Protein into a blender of some kind while heating the almond milk (I use the nespresso milk frother to heat it up)
2. Once milk is heated I pour it into the coffee and protein mix, blending it for roughly 3-5 seconds (it doesn’t need much because form has such an awesome consistency).
3. Pour it into a boobie cup that I got from @urbanoutfitters and consume.
THAT IS IT! Yes you will get a little bit of protein floating about at the bottom of the coffee but that happens in a regular mocha too. Just keep stirring as you drink. .
That bad boy has over 20g of protein along with a bunch of other awesome nutrients that are also in @formnutrition ‘s blend.

▪W E G ▪Mag ik even vluchten, even de jungle in ofzo (niet dat ik er ooit geweesr ben, want de foto is bij mn schoonouders in de tuin gemaakt😋). En pas terugkomen als alles weer goed is. Of mag ik de tijd even op pauze ⏸ zetten, zodat het moment van de uitslag niet komt. Afgelopen week ging het namelijk lichamelijk gewoon best goed met mn liefste. Dus zoals het nu is, is het goed, een slechte uitslag kunnen we niet gebruiken. En omdat het zo goed gaat ben je ook weer bang voor valse hoop, en vrees je sommige momenten het ergste. We hebben elkaar beloofd dat ook als de boel toch weer aan het groeien is geslagen we niet opgeven. Van minuut tot minuut ga ik van extreem zenuwachtig naar semi-relaxed denkend "de uitslag is gewoon goed zometeen". #ennumeteenweerindestress
