Today was very overcast in the morning, we had planned to go checkout the beaches and decided to stick to it. First we stopped by the white sand dooms, then we hiked for about 4 hours, it started from the town centre walking along the main road, not quite what we were hoping for. But when we reached the beaches they were beautiful, we got to sea many nests build in the sand for small owl families, so adorable. We stopped for Acia our favourite vegan treat of berry sorbet with banana and granola. Then headed to the nudest beach, don’t think I’ve been to one before and wasn’t sure what to expect but it was only young male couples or older gentlemen alone. A few guys were even swimming in the very cold water, good on them I imagine it feels very freeing. As we walked along the last beach back again the sun came out and we stopped ate, drank and sunbathed the afternoon away. Home, vegan homemade pizza cooked, packed and showered, ready for a long coach travel day again tomorrow.

Embracing the early signs of old man Winter. We arrived at the bridge I’ve always envisioned of seeing after snowfall. I’ll never forget listening to the flowing river crash against the rocks beneath us, a cold breeze of Winters bite through the spruce trees
