👉Aesthetics is all about balance and flow. And one thing you can’t slack on when working on your physique is symmetry! It's not about being the biggest but instead having the most proportioned body possible. To build an eye catching physique you need to first understand the role that each exercise plays. You see, the idea is to build mass in the right places and in the right proportions; and to do that you need to know exactly how to contract the muscle you want to grow 💪🏼
In this game, you are your greatest critic – you need to be able to look at yourself objectively and decide where you're strong and where you're weak. What needs more attention? Do you naturally have a bigger chest but your legs are a bit on the smaller side? No worries, prioritize your legs. You see, genetics isn't everything, but it obviously plays a major role in how your body will look. All the way from how fast your muscles will grow, the shape of your muscles, the size, flow, fullness, structure – everything. It all comes down to your genetics. But that doesn't mean you don't have to work hard. It's always hard work and consistency. Your genetics is the loaded gun, you decide where to pull the trigger
Nonetheless, if your goals are in terms of aesthetics, I’d strongly recommend you get a better understand of your anatomy and how each individual muscle works: it will enhance your progress tenfold, and you're workouts will prosper because of it! 🔝

👨🏼💻I know a ton of you guys are working for that muscle-up and maybe can do it but it’s still a little sloppy; hence I got this one amazing tip on how to clean it up! So keep reading 👀
❌ If you’re not able to get up into the muscle-up movement or struggle with what we call “chicken-wing” muscle-up. It might look a little like the video above or something similar. What’s you’re probably missing is the coordination and tightening the right muscles at the right time.
🎯 To clean this up, use a friend or a rubberband (mine’s @rubberbanditz) to get yourself up in that almost perfect movement. This will help you by offloading some weight, increase range of motion, work your coordination and connecting the right muscles.
✅ When you’ve repeated this; try again with the right technique! From a dead hang, pull yourself up using the same technique, push your hip forward and pull yourself up and over the bar at once. Now you can muscle-up, way to go! 👏🏼
